A local water specialist completes a quick in-home water test and explains the basic readings in plain language. Depending on your area and equipment, this may include chlorine, hardness, pH, and TDS. It is an educational point-of-use test, not a certified laboratory analysis.
Will I be pressured to buy something?
No. The visit is meant to be simple and educational. If you want to learn about additional water options for your home, your specialist can explain them. If not, the visit ends there, and you still keep the showerhead.
Do I need to be a homeowner?
This program is mainly set up for homeowners or decision-makers who can authorize a quick water visit and install the showerhead. Renters are welcome to apply, but eligibility may depend on permission, plumbing setup, and local program availability.
How long until I get it?
